FAQ
Straight answers before you book.
The questions Tanta clients ask most — answered without sales fog.
Do you bring missing screws and cam locks?
We carry a common hardware kit for European flat-pack systems. Rare specialty parts may need a retailer replacement — we photograph shortages and can pause that piece until parts arrive.
What if my building has no lift?
We install up stairwells regularly. Above the third floor without a lift we may add a stair carry fee or recommend an extra helper for large wardrobes. Tell us the floor when you book.
Can you install while I am at work?
Yes, if a trusted adult can grant access and stay reachable by phone. We send progress photos and wait for your walkthrough approval before final payment when arranged in advance.
Do you move furniture between apartments?
Yes — disassembly, labeled hardware bags, transport within Tanta or Gharbia, and rebuild. Fridges and washing machines are not part of our service.
How do payments work?
Cash or bank transfer on completion for most residential jobs. Larger commercial projects may request a booking deposit. Invoices are issued from Kasa Quick with our Tanta address.
What if a panel arrives damaged?
We stop before forcing a cracked panel into a frame, photograph the defect, and help you document it for the seller. Assembly labour on that piece is paused until replacement panels arrive.
Do you guarantee the install?
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days: if a hinge we fitted loosens from our error, we return to fix it. Manufacturer defects and misuse are excluded — see Terms of Use.
Which languages do crews speak?
Arabic on site. Booking support also handles English email at [email protected] for expats and remote buyers shipping furniture to Tanta.
