Rules for using this website and engaging our installation services.
1. Agreement
By browsing kasa-quick.lol or booking services with Kasa Quick, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book through it.
2. Services
We provide furniture assembly, installation, wall mounting related to furniture, and relocation rebuilds in Tanta and agreed areas of Gharbia Governorate. Website content describes typical offerings; the confirmed quote and job sheet define the actual scope.
3. Quotes and bookings
Price bands on the site are estimates. A firm price requires details about pieces, access, and location. Bookings are confirmed when we send a written confirmation (SMS, WhatsApp, or email). We may reschedule for safety (extreme weather, building access failure) and will notify you promptly.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate address, floor, and access information.
- Ensure furniture packages are present and reasonably complete before our arrival.
- Clear pathways and secure pets during install.
- Obtain landlord permission for wall drilling where required.
5. Workmanship warranty
We warrant installation workmanship for 90 days from completion against defects caused by our assembly errors. This does not cover manufacturer defects, missing parts supplied by third parties, misuse, overloaded shelves, or movement of furniture after we leave.
6. Damaged goods
Visible damage to panels or glass should be reported before assembly continues. We are not liable for latent manufacturing defects. We help document damage for your claim against the seller.
7. Website use
Content on kasa-quick.lol is for general information. Do not scrape, attack, or misuse the site. All branding and site design are owned by Kasa Quick or its licensors. Stock photography is used under applicable licenses (including Pexels license for photos we host).
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Egyptian law, our liability for any claim arising from a booked install is limited to the labour fees paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delayed furniture deliveries by third parties.
9. Payments
Payment is due as stated on your confirmation. Late commercial invoices may pause future scheduling. Deposits, where taken, are applied to the final invoice; cancellation less than 24 hours before the slot may forfeit a reasonable booking fee.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tanta, Gharbia, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
